"Holy Bible" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is operated by the developer. We value and protect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information related to your use of the App, and applies to the App installed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or other channels.

1. Information Collection

1.1 We do not actively collect personally identifiable information from you. The App is designed for local use. Your reading data (such as bookmarks, notes, reading progress, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We cannot access or back up this data.

1.2 Device permissions or third-party processing are only involved when you actively use the following features:

• Photo Library (write-only): Only when you use the "Save to Gallery" feature, images generated within the App (such as share cards, screenshots) are written to the system photo library. We do not read or select your photos, nor do we upload any content from your photo library.
• Local Notifications: Used to send you reading reminders and other local notifications. The content and timing of notifications are set by you within the App. We do not collect your notification behavior data.

The "Read Aloud" feature streams pre-recorded MP3 audio files over the internet. We do not collect or upload your voice, nor do we use the microphone.

2. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The App may integrate the following types of third-party services, which have their own independent privacy policies. We recommend you review them:

• App Stores: Apple (Apple Privacy Policy), Google (Google Privacy Policy), used for app distribution and certain system services.
• On-device Capabilities: Such as system Text-to-Speech (TTS), device information (only for compatibility and functionality), which may involve system or device manufacturer privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. The App contains no advertisements and does not collect or use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your bookmarks, notes, settings, and other data are stored only on your device. We do not operate our own servers for storing your personal data. Please safeguard your device and accounts. Uninstalling the App will clear all local data of the App on your device.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Manage the App's access to photo library, notifications, and other permissions in system settings;
• Delete all local data on your device by uninstalling the App;
• Contact us with privacy-related inquiries or complaints through the App or the contact information listed in this policy.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not actively collect personally identifiable information from children under the legal age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected children's information, please notify us through the contact information below, and we will delete it promptly.

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the last updated date noted. If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you through in-app prompts or other means. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

The interpretation and application of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (unless otherwise provided by law). For disputes arising from this policy, we are willing to resolve them amicably with you.
